This graphic was created to support a magazine story on the importance of diversity in the workplace and industry in general. It was designed to be visually appealing without interfering with the accurance of the data--proportions and relative sizes of the data bars were determined with care so as not to distort the integrity of the information, and decoration was separated from data.
